Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Rotasmith. By creating a workspace you agree to them on behalf of your organisation.
The service
Rotasmith provides leave and absence management. We may improve or change features over time. During the private beta the service is provided as-is while we stabilise it.
Accounts & acceptable use
You are responsible for activity under your workspace and for keeping access secure. Do not misuse the service, attempt to break its security, or use it unlawfully.
Fees
Paid plans are billed per active user per month with a free trial. Beta pricing and any founding-customer discount will be confirmed in writing before any charge is made.
Data
Your organisation's data remains yours. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement, which form part of these terms.
Availability & liability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service during beta. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
Either party may end the agreement with notice. On termination you can export your data; we then delete or anonymise it per your instructions and our retention policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
